We kindly ask that this special event remain just for your family. ❤️ Sensory Santa is designed to create a calm, stress-free experience with limited spots available. To make sure every child has the time and space they need, we welcome your immediate family members (siblings, parents, grandparents, or caregivers), but we are not able to accommodate additional friends. Thank you for helping us keep this event peaceful, supportive, and truly magical for every child. 🎅✨

✅ Yes — advance scheduling is required. Spots are limited so that each child has a private, relaxed time with Santa. Please call our office to reserve your family’s session.

Each family will have about 10 minutes with Santa in a quiet, private setting. This allows your child to warm up, settle in, and enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.

Yes! 📸 Families will receive professional photos at no cost, provided by The Beautiful Mess Photography. You’ll be able to cherish and share the memories without worrying about capturing them yourself.

It usually takes about 2 weeks for your photos to be professionally edited and emailed out to you.

Yes! 🎄 Each child will receive a YumEarth organic candy cane to enjoy after their visit with Santa. We chose YumEarth because their treats are allergy-friendly, made with simple ingredients, and free from artificial dyes — so every child can celebrate the sweetness of the season with a little extra peace of mind. 🍬✨

We’ve carefully designed this experience to meet the needs of children with sensory sensitivities: • No lines or crowds • No loud music or flashing lights • Fidget toys, weighted blankets, and wheelchair-accessible space • Flexible seating options (Santa’s lap, chair beside, or standing) Every detail is planned to help children feel comfortable, safe, and celebrated. 💙
