✨ What to Expect as a New Practice Member
We’re not your typical chiropractic office, and we like it that way. Our care is rooted in nervous system science and guided by deep respect for the body’s God-given ability to heal. You’ll never feel rushed or dismissed here. Instead, you’ll be heard, seen, and supported every step of the way.
Check Out How It Works Below 👇
1.📞 Schedule Your First Visit
New patients can call our office at 706-305-3241, submit a contact request through our website, or stop by the office to find a time that works best for you or your family. Our new patient process is designed for families who want answers, a clear plan, and care that is based on findings rather than guesswork. If you are looking for a one-time adjustment without a full evaluation, our office may not be the best fit.
2. 📝 Complete Intake Forms
After scheduling, we’ll email you a link to set up your account in our secure patient portal, Jane. From there, you can complete your digital intake forms before your first appointment at your convenience. These forms help us better understand your health history, concerns, goals, and your family’s unique needs so we can provide personalized chiropractic care from day one. If you have any issues filling them out online, or would just prefer to fill out paper forms, you can print them out using the links below.
*Required for Everyone.
**Required if you haven't been seen at FFC in 6+ months.
3. 📍 Day One – Discovery & Insight
Your first visit is focused on uncovering the “why” behind your symptoms and getting a clear picture of your nervous system health.
Your visit includes:
-
A detailed consultation with Dr. Beth to review your health concerns, goals, and health history
-
A comprehensive spinal examination
-
State-of-the-art neurological INSiGHT Scans to evaluate nervous system stress and function
If appropriate, and if you feel comfortable moving forward with care, your first chiropractic adjustment may be performed at the end of your visit.
4. 💡 Day Two – Your Personalized
Care Plan
At your second visit, Dr. Beth will walk you through everything we discovered and explain exactly how we can help.
You’ll review:
-
What we found in your scans and exam
-
How your nervous system is adapting to stress
-
The root cause of symptoms you (or your child) are experiencing
-
Your customized care plan: including how often, for how long, and what results to expect
👶 Can My Kids Come To My Appointments?
Absolutely! We’re a pediatric and family chiropractic office, which means kids are always welcome, whether they’re wiggly, loud, barefoot, or all of the above.
We’ve created our office with families in mind, including:
-
A kid-friendly play area
-
Fun themed adjusting rooms
-
A fully stocked changing station
-
A comfortable rocking chair and nursing pillows
Need to reschedule because of a blowout, missed nap, or meltdown? We understand. Life with kids happens, and we’re here to support you, not judge you.

💵 Investment & Payment Options
We are a cash-based, care-plan-focused office. Every recommendation is customized based on your consultation, exam, and INSiGHT scans. On Day Two, Dr. Beth will walk you through your findings, your care plan, and the investment options available so you can make a clear, confident decision for your family.
After completing any necessary initial intensive care, many practice members choose to continue with monthly wellness care to maintain progress, support long-term nervous system health, and stay consistent with their family’s wellness goals.
